We accept Bank Transfers as payment. This includes Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and in Bank Electronic Transfers money gram and western union can also be used for small transactions to save time and huge bank charges.
We do not accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash Deposits, Cash or Cheques. If you would like to pay using one of these methods, please send us an email and we will see if we can accommodate you.
Collection with cash is available from our offices in Uganda, Kenya and South Africa but only with prior arrangement.
Products will only be shipped once payment has cleared our bank account. We reserve the right to extend clearance periods. The minimum clearance period is 3 African business days.
All prices exclude the applicable Tax which is 5% of the total value amount of gold bought from our company.
Gold Nuggets and Bars will be shipped strictly to the provided physical addresses with full contact details of our valued buyer. Customers must ensure that any products shipped to their specified address in no way violates any laws.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your gold and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the delivery method you choose, shipping date will be provided to the buyer.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the gold we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Insured Shipping: Parcel is dispatched via insured couriers [FEDEX AND DHL] to the specified address. Please select the 'Ship by Order Total' option at check out. The shipping total will be displayed next to this option.
Collection: Collection from one of our offices is available after payment clearance. Where clients choose to collect from our offices, please select the 'Collect' option at check out. If you have arranged with sagold.co.za to deliver to you, please select the 'Collect' option.
Safekeeping: Safekeeping facilities are available. There is no charge for this service. Safekeeping is fully insured. Please select the 'Safekeeping' option at check out.
If you are unsure or will decide at a later time, please select the 'Safekeeping' option. Your items will be placed into safekeeping until you let us know how you would like to take delivery.
Delivery periods depend on various factors such as location and may
be influenced by weekends and public holidays. While we will endeavour
to ship as fast as possible there may be delays due to factors outside
of our control such as strike action and manufacturing delays.
